raw versions not new versions. these were recorded before we made the record. I think the material spans 97-99. |

I am working on new jams. Should be unvieled live around June.
I have been putting the RFTC DVD together (mixing, artwork, editing, etc.)
I have gone through a bunch of old tapes and I am putting together a RFTC record of all Drag Racist Recordings. I think there's about 13 unreleased songs as well as raw versions of RFTC & Group Sounds songs. This will not be ASG3. Don't hold your breath for this one. Expect a late 2007 release.
I have been working on The CPC Gangbangs record and The Shady Lady reissue. I am way stoked on these records.
I have been thinking about what I want to be when I grow up.
there, the cats out of the bag!!!
I just realized that there was no mention of a new Beehive album. Was it put on the backburner or something? |

update. The Shady Lady record has been scratched. We just couldn't work out the details. Fortunately the material will still released by somebody. It's great, keep an eye peeled.
Beehive...yes! There is a new record that is done. Artwork is being tweaked and sequencing being pondered. It is titled "Pure Commotion" and is a return to the Blight Scat of the bands' earlier work. You will dig it.
stay tuned. website overhaul desperately needed. |

Forgive me, but I only noticed this today... doheth.
I'm not a big fan of rawerer tracks, but I'm well excited about the 13 unreleased songs.
Thanks for cheering up your Swaminess. |

Oh munificent SW@MI, recently you emerged from your cave of treasures to say unto the people:
Quote: I am working on new jams. Should be unvieled live around June.
Now, I appreciate that we're only just into June but I thought I'd give this a bump to raise everone's hopes for the summer. What news, old sport? |

Small children can be trying. They are almost as impatient as people who frequent Internet message boards. |

Due to the above quote, I'm pretty happy that we haven't seen SW@MI posts around here for a while. But SW@MI if you do happen to check in here, I'm wondering if there's truth to the report in the latest Reader that you may become host of the reincarnated Fox Rox program, or a similar program Fox is putting together? I think it would be pretty awesome if you were able to do it.
Also, congrats on the Pink Elephant - what a cool place. |

started recording a couple weeks back and and now we're taking a week off. we'll resume soon and probably be done by the end of aug.
we is jason k of hot snakes drums, gar wood guitar, and tommy gangbang of the cpc gangbangs bass.
the fox thing is mostly false. i was asked months back to do a SW@MI segment every episode (which i was into). then the show got cancelled. i have not been contacted by anyone since. most of what ken leighton writes about in the reader is total bs. just ask him!!
beehive record is done. just waiting on artwork and a release date. it's a corker!
I opened up a bar with some friends which has been fun. Bar Pink Elephant. I work on most Sunday days. I am also booking bands there. Bob Log, The Spits, King Khan BBQ, Jay Reatard, The Woggles, Beehive are all doing shows there in the coming months.
This new thing that I having been putting together will most likely play there in Sept. I just want to finish the record first.
baby SW@MI is doing great. he wants everyone to send cuban montecristos no. 2's so that daddy will smile once in a while.
sorry for the silence. it's been a starnge half year. things are starting to come together and we should be back to our normal appearance of indifference soon (as opposed to complete neglect and absence).
I am looking forward to seeing you all soon!

| Wow SW@MI and Gar together on the 6 string. That sounds like it’s going to be a very devastating DOUBLE GUITAR ATTACK JACK! Can’t wait |
